Using Data to Engage Underserved Communities: Oak Park Public Library’s Journey

The Oak Park Public Library (OPPL) developed its first Anti-Racism Strategic Plan in 2021. As part of this new plan, one of the goals was to reach out to historically, intentionally, and traditionally marginalized communities in their area.

To achieve this, OPPL and OrangeBoy teams collaborated to create a multi-channel integrated marketing campaign using Savannah data to reach different historically marginalized community segments. The campaign had specific messaging and a call to action for each component to raise awareness about the Anti-Racism Strategic Plan.

Join Jodi Kolo, Director of Communications, to learn about the planning behind the initiative and how the team utilized Savannah data to support the execution and measure results.
